The Spray Hood 275N protective hood is an accessory designed for 150 Newton inflatable vests, such as those manufactured by Veleria San Giorgio. Its primary function is to protect the user from water inhalation in rough sea conditions, preventing waves and spray from impeding breathing. In addition, by covering the head and upper torso it helps retain body heat and increases the wearer’s visibility thanks to its high-visibility colour and reflective materials.
